If you would like to purchase tickets, come to the North Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre after 5:00pm on April 24. We will have a ticket desk open in the main lobby. We will only accept cash at this desk.

Tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis.

When planning to purchase tickets, remember to add the HST.

General: $60+tax = $67.80

Gold: $90+tax = $101.70

Press Release: Cheney Toronto Cancellation

We are deeply sorry to announce the cancellation of Vice President Richard Cheney and Elizabeth Cheney’s event in Toronto. The Cheneys recently decided to cancel their Toronto appearance due to security concerns stemming from their experiences in Vancouver in September 2011.

On September 26, 2011, a large group of thugs attempted to block the entrance to the Vancouver Club. Their actions put the patrons, event staff, and Vice President Cheney in danger. The Vice President was unable to leave the premises for over seven hours until these violent protestors were dispersed. During these protests, patrons were physically assaulted outside the Vancouver Club. 

A few days prior to his appearance, Don Davies, M.P. called on the Minister of Immigration to deny entry to the Vice President, Canada’s ally in the war on terror.

Were it not for the courage of Mark Steyn, April 24, 2012 would come and go without note. Mark, who has been strongly condemned by the state censors at the Ontario Human Rights Commission, is a fearless warrior for free speech. There is no one more suited to address the intimidation tactics that are used to silence free debate in Canada.
